I had written in my last blog post that I will be alternating content each week between angel readings and something else to help you.

Today I wondered what I could send you, especially because Valentine's Day is almost here (at the time of writing). And after thinking of many topics, I thought the best gift would be the gift of Self-Love. Valentine's Day or not, Self-Love is powerful in changing our lives around.

Practice with this video every day till you get to a score of 10 (I have explained that in the video).

You will begin to notice that your life begins to change. You might start to wake up feeling happier. You might feel less stressed. A health issue might resolve by itself. You might soon find that you are in a beautiful romantic relationship (if that is what you desire). Problems start resolving as if by themselves. Or any of the things you desire in life might start to happen without your really trying. 

Here is a beautiful book (short & sweet, a very easy read) by Kamal Ravikant where he writes about how his life had fallen apart, and everything had gone wrong at one point in time. And he had no idea what to do or even the energy to do anything to fix anything. So he decided to just love himself. He created his own way of doing that mostly by affirming again and again, "I love myself". Soon enough life began to change for him in beautiful ways without even trying.
