S: First, look down at your feet, see what kind of footwear you're wearing? Do you see your feet?
J: Nothing because I'm energy.
S: Because you are...?
J: Because I am energy I don't need to wear anything.
S: What does your surrounding look like?
J: It's...there's a...there's ground, its not as solid as on earth but we walk on it and everything looks clear so the buildings look a little like a piece of glass where you can see the light reflecting in the edges but the center of it is clear . But once people go in the building, you can't actually see them so it's not actually 'see through' but that's what it looks like from a distance.
S: What are these buildings used for?
J: They're regular buildings, just, just like on earth. There are places for people to work, pleases for people to live, and places for people to spend their leisure time.
S: So, these energy beings, they do have physical buildings to live in?
J: yes, it's very much like earth, and it's just slightly different construct. The underlying energy is different and so everything is lighter, there's less gravity, we're made of energy. If you tried to put clothes on us the clothes would just fall to the ground, but at the same time we see each other as having a form.
S: What kind of a form do you have?
J: It's close to human, we have arms and legs , heads, you know, no hair, no particular facial features but that general shape of a body.
S: Can you touch each other?
J: Yes
S: Where is this place?
J: It's not only in a different dimension of physical space but its also separated by time, there's no time there so I would say its very far away but I don't have the right words to quantify how far away it is.
S: So do the people here live and die the same way we as do on earth?
J: Not exactly the same, everyone has, some things are the same, people choose to experience life here.
S: How were they born?
J: They just materialize
S: Oh they just materialize do they do not go through a birthing process?
J: No they choose to come here and they are here.
S: Ok, and so there is no physical death I guess they just dematerialize and go back to wherever they came from?
J: Hmm hmm...
S: Do they have families here then? Because there's no birthing process so I'm wondering what the family structure is like?
J: They do have families that are soul groups. Souls that choose to come together for the purpose of shared experience.
S: Is this place another place in the universe like here or is it the place people go after dying?
J: No, its another place souls can go to choose to experience, like earth and many other places.
S: Ok do they have any government?
J: There is a council to which they can bring problems or questions, but government isn't really necessary because people govern themselves.
S: Ok what do you do here?
J: I work. I work.
S: What is your work?
J: In the... at the console, not the council, the I work at the lab is not the right word, I work at the place we're working that Jen told you about with the buttons.
S: What is your name, do you have a name?
J: I have a name but I cant say it.
S: Is it difficult to say or are you not allowed to say it?
J: It's too difficult to say with this voice.
S: Do you have a language that you communicate with?
J: We do have a language of symbols, but most communication is by thought.
S: So you just know what the other person is trying to say?
J: Correct
S: What is your family like over here?
J: My family there is like a group of best friends. We share a house, and we share responsibilities but it's not what you would think of as a family on earth necessarily. There are no parents, there are no children, everyone is equal
S: Do you experience the same kind of a love for each other as we do here for our family?
J: I would say that it is not the same, but we do feel a fondness to our soul group, a connection to our soul group, that we don't feel towards everyone
S: Does it feel as strong as we feel over here for our family?
J: No. no, because we already know, we remember that we chose to come together, we remember the connection before we came to experience. So we are not as attached.
S: So, do you know anyone over there who is with you in this earth life as Jen?
J: Steve
S: Steve is there?
J: Hmm, hmm
S: Do you have genders there?
J: No
S: So everybody is just the same?
J: Correct
S: Are Steve and you very close to each other over there?
J: Yes
S: The closest friends would you say or just like other close friends?
J: We are family
S: Family or soul group?
J: Right
S: Are the people there aware of earth?
J: Yes
S: They are. Do they travel here?
J: No
S: So, how are they aware of earth? In which way?
J: They are aware of earth because of the work. They...we don't know specifically about earth as in what kind of beings are there or how they live or anything like that, we just know of earth, like you know of Jupiter. and we know that earth is involved in our work.

J: Earth needs our help.
S: What kind of help?
J: The energy
S: The energy. Do you think the earth is in any danger?
J: No they are just lost
S: How did they get lost
J: Over time. Overtime, one little step turns into two little steps turns into more little steps and they can't find they're way back
S: So I have always wondered how this happens because each time a person dies they go back home So don't they come back with the memory of what went wrong and then come back with what truth is?
J: In, in...It sounds like that could work, but when souls... I'm having to ask.. When souls go to earth they forget. They remember when they're in the stars and they forget when they go to earth
S: Is there a special purpose for this forgetfulness because you don't seem to forget on this place?
J: No, we do not forget, but we are ??? (could not understand it when we heard the tape again).
S: So is there a reason we forget on earth?
J: On earth?
S: Yes?
J: On earth humans forget there is a purpose and it is so that they can experience earth without expectation.

J: I am arriving

J: my work is to create the technology we need to help earth, but it hasn't been invented yet.

J: Even there. The energy exists but the technology does not exist.. To share.

J: It is activated but it is still charging
S: And who are the people who are charging it?
J: No one is charging it, the energy will charge it as it is received but it.. We are sending from a different type of place, and the energy has to cross boundaries and do not have time, earth has time, so when the energy is sent it is sent from us instantaneously and completed, but it is not received that way on earth because they have time. So the energy comes towards earth and has to slowly build and charge like a battery.

J: 5 years

S: What happens once its charged
J: Once the charging is complete then it will continually burn at that rate, it will be fully active and the people of earth will become aware

J: No

J: Yes. There are, there are MANY worlds to experience, but there are all unique.

J: Similar but not the same.
S: Are there any worlds that are similar to earth?
J: The most similar are the worlds that earth has created as possibilities.
S: Are they as real as what we...
J: Yes
S: In that case there could be other Jens, other Swatis living there

S: Are they aware of us?
J: Some are aware, and some are not aware at all because of the choices and possibilities

J: You can call me Jen because you will not be able to say my real name and Jen is a part of me.
S: So were you aware of me from there when you were there and you knew this was going to happen?
J: I knew it was going to happen but I didn't know when in your time.
S: Is this sharing important for other also or just for us?
J: It will be important for others
S: In what way?
J: They will be reminded and they will not be as afraid as they might be without the sharing
S: Afraid of what?
J: Changes and energy. People who doubt, it is there and suddenly see it will be afraid.

J: No. I have to talk to you through Jen

J: I am aware because Jen is aware
S: What was that place, the one that looked like a cathedral? (This questions pertains to another session)
J: It is a place of asking questions and getting answers
S: Who was that king-like person?
J: What you would call God
S: God. So God took a form so I could understand?
J: For you...
S: For me? And all the people who were singing praises for him, who were they?
J: Your soul family
S: My soul family? Or?
J: not soul, choirs of angels
S: So they were singing, all the people who look just alike, right in front of him
J: They are alike, but they are different from me
S: How are they different from you?
J: I am a star
S: And they are sparkles? (In this trance, she calls angels as "Sparkle", and star-people as "Stars")
J: Yes they are sparkles
S: Do you interact with each other much?
J: No. Only when we have a question we cannot answer
S: But we are interacting now because I am a sparkle and you are a star (she said during the regression that I was a "sparkle").
J: Correct
S: And it is fun I must say, I really enjoy talking to you because you're so different.
J: Yes it is, it is interesting but also difficult. It's difficult to understand
S: Is it? Do you find it difficult to understand?
J: I have to ask how to answer
S: Who do you ask

J: I am in the cathedral
S: You are in the cathedral and is God there now? (Note: By "God" we mean the personalized representation of the force we call "God", that was presented to us at the Cathedral)

J: There are many
S: What is the next important event in your life on this place? I'm guessing that because there's no time you can just be there, even though now you are talking to me
J: Right, I am choosing moments that are appropriate, but all moments are at once

J: There is a celebration
S: What is it about?
J: Because we worked so hard to help earth we have earned a graduation as a world, not me but the community has earned another level of experience and we don't know where it will be but we are all very excited.
S: How do you celebrate, what's happening?
J: We are all gathered together and we are dancing to music, but it wouldn't be... you would not think of it as music
S: Ok, what would I think of it as?
J: Noise...
S: Ok I would think of it as noise
J: Just sound, but it is a vibration energy that we feel and it makes us tap our fingers and want to move
S: Do you move in the same way we would for dance, because there are so many different forms of dance here on earth
J: It would not be the same dancing is... more vibrating

J: I'm in the stars

J: I have to download my memory before I can move to the next experience.
S: The downloading?
J: I'm excited because it means I'm going to go soon
S: Where?
J: To a world I didn't know existed until I dreamed it and it's so different I'm very interested to go

J: Yes
S: Ok, so lets go to this world, what is this world you dreamed of?
J: It's a completely etheric world and there is no form, only knowing. There are clouds of energy that are beings that have individual characteristics but are also aware of each other and as together as One.
Note: later described this being separate and being one later like raw eggs in a bowl. You can see the individual yolks/cores or characteristics, but you cannot differentiate where one actually begins and the other ends. Another analogy is the gaseous clouds of a nebula in space. The colors are separate, and yet connected as one nebula.
During this section, Jen reported that she felt very peaceful and blissful.
S: What is this place?
J: It's another dimension of experience and reality, but the creating is yet again at a different
S: This is not the place, what we call home is it?
J: No. Home is the stars, being in the stars, in the points of light. So any other place other than in the stars is for experience and not home
S: So is "home" the same for every being or do we have different homes?
J: We have different homes based on the type of energy we are.
S: So your home is the stars?
J: Yes
S: How is this new life, what are the exciting things you are doing here?
J: We are creating and we are creating worlds like a chemistry lab. A little bit of this, a little bit of that
S: Is it like creating the earth, that kinds of worlds
J: Yes
S: Are they who are called Keepers on earth
J: Yes
S: So you are a keeper?
J: I am now a keeper but I wasn't always
S: Jen is not?
J: Correct.
S: Now when you are a Keeper, in earth time line, where does it fall, past or future or present for me
J: Future
S: So this is a future life of Jen
J: Yes
S: And Jen has already dreamed of it
J: Yes
S: Do you have a name here?
S: No there are no names, no labels, no identified
S: No identities... and you like it this way?
J: Yes.
S: Why do you like it this way, can you explain?
J: It is easier to be united it is more comfortable, it is to not have a separate form or a separate identity and everything happens just by thought. There is no physical matter, everything just flows
S: But, you do see individual clouds of consciousness or energy who are like individuals?
J: Not completely, it's like berries in a pie.. There are many berries, but the pie is one.
S: But isn't that the truth really about all of us anyway?
J: Not a the same level, because you are separated by matter
S: And you are not separated by matter?
J: No
S: So when you think of yourself over there, so you think of the whole as you
J: Yes
S: That whole thing over there is you, so there is no one there but you
J: Yes
S: Does it get lonely because there is no one there but you?
J: No because I know that I am made up of many, with different experiences
S: Is there something you would like to say over here and record for Jen to listen to that will make her feel nice when she wants something, because this seems to be her dream world?
J: Just that she will know (She said she felt an incredible joy flowing through me during this response)

J: My first creation
S: Your first creation.. What was it?
J: A world that is green (Note: She said it was literally green... like heart energy, imagine what the earth looks like from space, but instead of blue and white it is heart green and lighter green)

J: I don't know
S: its going be in the future
J: Yes, I haven't decided, but its complete
S: It's green, are there people there
J: There is the possibility of people but I cannot put them there, they have to choose to go
S: Can you tell me how the keepers seeded this planet, earth?
J: Much the same
S: So you made this planet first
J: Yes
S: By thought?
J: By thought and using the collective experience from other worlds and other experiences. For example, this world has the grid built in, instead of creating it in stages. It's not activated, but it exists.
S: When you were a keeper here, for earth, did you make the physical bodies of the humans?
J: I did not, but the.... (voice was not distinct)
S: Who did?
J: The Keepers created..., I was working on other projects when the earth was created, I was not a keeper
S: You were not with the Keepers then
J: No it was just a place I dreamed of
S: Earth?
J: No the Keepers
S: And the Keepers when they made earth did they make the human body?
J: Yes, They made the capability of the human body, the Nature that creates the human body, but the human body is not created until a soul wants to come.
S: Did the Keepers, when they created the capability in nature to make the human body, did they make a prototype first? To know what type of body would be made?
J: Every human body is a prototype, that's why they are all different. They are evolving.
S: And the souls that come, they come from all over or is there a specific group that comes here?
J: Most are stars and when I say stars I don't mean the physical stars or people, souls, accustomed to other worlds, I just mean pinpoints of light.
S: Ok, are there others who incarnate here? Like the sparkles?
J: No. VERY rarely.
S: Very rarely?
J: Yes.
S: Are there any other sparkles I know of?
J: Living on earth?
S: Yes

S: I don't know any other sparkle?
J: No, that's why you miss them
S: However I see a sense of angelic nature in so many, why is that so
J: Because they are more aware

S: What is the next important event in your life as a keeper?
J: Having others join
S: As Keepers?
J: As keepers.

S: How does that feel?
J: It feels like a burst of energy and all of their thoughts are downloaded and shared
S: There are some stories on earth, or theories I must say about the Keepers. Some say there was a group called the Anunakis who actually were cruel in the way they treated the humans, is that true?
J: No
S: Were there any Anunakis?
J: It is hard to answer because they do not consider themselves that way, but from a human perspective yes
S: They were Anunakis and they are the same as the Keepers or are they different?
J: They are different
S: What did they do?
J: They came to observe the Keepers creation and to experience it. But they were too different.
S: In what way?
J: The energy was not compatible much like one dimension to another
S: Ok so what happened when they came here?
J: They had a hard time dealing with matter and so they left
S: Why are there bad memories about them or are they just made up fictions?
J: They are only bad because people are afraid.
S: Did they do any DNA experiments on humans?
J: They, no I would not say experiment. They came to learn about matter. Not just what we would call human but nature, the matrix of nature and as in all earning we make mistakes. But the intention was to learn not to harm
S: So they ended up harming even though they did not intend to?
J: Not from their perspective
S: But from earth perspective?
J: But from earths perspective, yes.
S: What kind of harm?
J: Temporary harm
S: Can you give me an example?
J: For example, you are walking and bump into someone and fall down and break your arm. To them it is an accident and an experience, to you it is an injury because of your perspective
S: What I was asking was to give me an example of what they did that earth would be considered harm
J: Earth would not consider it a harm but an individual will.
S: What would humans consider a harm? Can you give me an example of one such incident or event?
J: They were not aware that matter is actually fragile. And like alchemy turning to gold, hey wanted ot transform other kinds of matter. But they... into all kinds of things, not just changing humans, changing nature, changing everything. But the matter was so dense and fragile and it was not aware and chose to feel injured.
S: Ok. Was that when what they say that humans initially had 12 DNA strands and they reduced it to three.
J: Yes, Humans still have 12 DNA stands they are just outside of scientific view.
S: Ok but are they activated and functioning?
J: Yes
S: So why is this theory that Anunakis reduced it to two or three or something like that from 12? Is that true or untrue?
J: No one can change the number of strands of DNA all are required. However, perception of those 12 can change through fear. For example, the more aware a human is of the 12 strands, the more aware they are of energy and how the universe works. So, people who are afraid, who choose to find fear, will not be able to see the upper strands.
S: Can it be seen under an electron microscope?
J: No
S: So we do not have the technology to see it right now?
J: No technology exists to see the 12 strands it is only a knowing.
S: What can happen, suppose the humans are aware and they believe and accept they have 12 strands, what good or what change does that bring?
J: It makes them fully aware of their natural capability, ability to transform matter ability to travel without a vehicle, ability to speak without speaking, understanding and awareness of the universe outside fo earth.
S: From what I understand of DNA they are in pairs, the strands, so does it mean there are 12 pair or 6 pairs of two each?
J: There are 6 pairs of two each
S: Ok, so one way we become aware is through meditation and seeing the 6 pairs or is there another way to make us aware of it?
J: That is a very good way . Thought is the most powerful energy on earth and the sharing, talking with others even though they are doubtful.
S: So when I visualize this, I would like to work on this so that I can make it available for others. How do we visualize this? Is it enough to imagine a cell of our body with 6 pairs of DNA strands or is another visualization better?
J: Whatever visualization works, works, but it doesn't even have to be that complicated. You just have to think...
S: I have 6 pairs
J: I have 6 pairs, exactly.
S: Ok, makes sense, thank you. Can you go to the next important event of your life?
J: Since there is no time I have too many to choose
S: Too many, can you tell me something which would be of importance to earth and of the sharing we are doing here today for people, and for us?
J: Not to be afraid to share, even things that are unusual. Because even though someone is fearful, it plants a seed. That sharing plants a seed of doubt in their fear and once the fear is broken, the awareness comes automatically.
S: I would like to talk about fear, there are so many kinds of fear on earth and sometimes I feel it might serve us. For example a small thing like my baby sitting on a very high thing and he doesn't know fear right now so he might try to jump off it and that, as you say matter is fragile, it can hurt him, injure him. So I would have to teach him that if you fall from here you will get hurt and that IS implanting fear in his mind.
J: No it is implanting knowledge, knowledge, a consequence that if you do this action, it will have this consequence. But it is nothing to be fearful of, it is just a fact
S: So what are the fears we should not be talking about or sharing? What kind of fears?
J: Most human fear is based in being alone and feeling isolated and being rejected. Other fears, fear of injury or loss, other things can be reclassified as knowledge. But the fear of being alone when the soul knows it is not alone is not reconcilable unless people break the barrier of aloneness and that is done by sharing.
S: So the biggest fear that people have is about being alone
J: Being separate
S: Being separate, I can understand that. And that is the fear that should not be planted in somebody's mind and in fact if its there we should share and remove that?
J: Correct
S: Alright. Around when will people be more aware of the 12 strand DNA?
J: 2015
S: That seems to be a very specific information, can you tell me what else happens in 2015?
J: In 2015 humans have had three years of releasing fear and they reach the point of awareness that fear does not serve. Knowledge serves, fear does not serve, and so their awareness takes a leap when that is known. And it's almost a giant step
S: I would consider that a very very big step and I think that's when things change a lot
J: And start changing faster once that point is reached
S: Yeah
J: Yes.
